UTPB Tuition Cost & Financial Aid

The University of the Permian Basin is one of the most affordable schools in Texas. The cost of attending will greatly depend on student residency and whether or not on campus student housing is necessary. For the 2019-2020 academic year, in-state undergraduate students enrolled full-time (15 credits hours or more) spent $8,200 on tuition and fees, whereas out-of-state students spent $9,250. Graduate tuition and fees are different. While these students are still responsible for the $10,970, if they plan to live and eat on campus, they pay less for classes. Tuition and fees for Texas residents enrolled full-time (nine or more credit hours) pay $3,019 per year. Non-residents pay $3,334 per year. There are also graduate-level distance learning programs available, for which students pay $3,420 per year.

Payment plans are available to students who need them. After paying a $35 enrollment fee, payments are due in four installments.
