Tuition Cost & Financial Aid

How much is the college experience going to cost? That is the number one question from students and parents alike. Sometimes the listed tuition cost can be deceiving. Many people do not know that out-of-pocket costs can be greatly reduced by taking advantage of financial aid opportunities. There is a wide variety of options out there like grants, loans, scholarships, and work-study programs. Billions of dollars are spent every year by the government to offer financial aid benefits for students wanting to attend college.

When you decide to attend college, you are investing in your future. It can be an affordable option when you use the financial tools available to you. Financial aid is there for anyone who can prove eligibility. Speak with the school's financial aid office to learn more about how to apply and what you may qualify to receive.

The faculty at Eastern is comprised of internationally, as well as nationally, known authors, scholars, and award-winners. The retention rate for full-time students is 78%, and 38% for part-time, while the graduation rate is 59%. The school has a 10 to 1 student-to-teacher ratio. Eastern University's retention rate shows you the number of first-time, first-year students who chose to return to the school in their sophomore year. The graduation rate tells you how many of those same freshmen completed their degree programs. That information is a crucial tool to help you determine how well this college is meeting the needs of its first-year students, which you will soon be. As you apply to schools, you may not realize how different your life will be that first year in college. How well EU can help students like you with those freshman challenges is a determining factor as to whether or not students decide to return for a second year.
