North Florida College works hard to ensure the cost of attending is affordable. In fact, it is considered one of the most affordable colleges in the state. The institution has also refrained from increasing tuition rates for the past five years.

In-state students enrolled in 15 credit hours per term over a two-semester academic year will be charged $3,084 in tuition and fees. Out-of-state students, on the other hand, will pay a higher rate of $12,018 for the same course load. This equates to approximately $100 per semester hour for residents and $396 for non-residents.

In addition to the cost of tuition, those interested in attending North Florida College should plan to pay for books, supplies, room, board, personal expenses, and transportation. The institution projects most students will spend $1,400 on academic materials, $1,100 on personal items, and $1,800 on transportation. The cost of room and board can vary, however, with dependents spending approximately $1,500 and independents spending $5,400. Overall, in-state students should budget between $8,884 and $12,784 per academic year, while out-of-state students should budget between $17,818 and $21,718.

North Florida College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCC), which is recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. The institution can award associate in arts degrees, associate in science degrees, and baccalaureate degrees, as well as career and technical certificates.

North Florida College tracks the number of graduates who earn applicable industry certifications by program. The program with the highest success rate is registered nursing. In 2020, 93% of those who successfully completed the program obtained certifications. The paramedic and practical nursing degrees, however, only lead to 50% certification rate that same year, down significantly from 2018 and 2019. Additionally, 63% of emergency medical technician graduates earned certifications and 58% of law enforcement academy graduates became certified.
