To make the cost of education more affordable, 99% of students utilize financial assistance in some way, such as in the form of a student loan, grant, or scholarship. The degree programs are connected to various specializations such as business and finance, creative and performing arts, education, health and nutrition, language and humanities, media and communication, science and technology, and society and current events.

Students will have an advantage over students at other universities by enjoying an average class size of 25 and a ratio of students-to-faculty of 16 to one. Over 97% of all classes have 40 students or less. These are a few reasons for the 84% retention rate. The four-year graduation rate is close to average at 60%; whereas, the six-year graduation rate is better at 75%. The lower graduation rates could be attributed to a number of reasons, such as a larger number of transfer students or high numbers of individuals who work while attending classes.
