Students will be able to pursue bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, doctoral degrees, and adult accelerated programs. Online programs are becoming more and more common with each passing year. Students have access to a variety of programs including business, nursing, education, and criminal justice. It’s even possible to complete some undergraduate programs in as little as three years and students will be able to complete experiential learning projects in almost every course to receive a tremendous advantage when it comes time to seek full-time employment.

A well-rounded and exceptional education can be expected at Mount Mercy University. This higher learning institution continues to evolve with the times so that all graduates have the best chance at success upon graduation. Students can choose from almost 50 majors and minors, over 10 online and evening programs, and 8 advanced degree options. Many programs are specifically targeted toward working adults so that everyone has the option to continue their education at Mount Mercy. Some of the most popular programs include accounting, finance, international business, strategic leadership, nursing, education, psychology, marketing, sports management, and sustainability and corporate responsibility.
All program participants will have access to unique learning opportunities and certain programs are available to complete degrees in three years. This allows students to participate in accelerated programs to minimize the time and money it takes to complete an undergraduate degree in full. A number of adult accelerated programs are also available, which allow working adults to complete evening programs in as little as five weeks. Program participants must have at least three years of work experience to qualify. It’s also possible to begin taking master’s courses during an undergraduate degree to speed up the process of completing both. And all programs center around social responsibility, ethical leadership, and service.
Mount Mercy University has a respectable retention rate of 75%. The four-year and six-year graduation rates of 51% and 64% are right around the national average.
